  Description

  Amazonセラーサービス事業本部は、Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (以下AMPS) 部門のプログラム オペレーションマネージャーを募集します。

  Amazon出品サービス はAmazon以外の企業がAmazon Market place上に商品を出品、販売を行うことができる企業向けサービスです。2007年4月のサービス提供開始から今日に至るまで、多くの法人企業様(以下「出品者」)に利用され、さらにその数は毎月増えています。Amazonのミッションである地球上で最も豊富な品揃えを実現するためには今後更に様々な商品を出品者様にご出品いただくことが不可欠です。

  AMPSは、Amazon上で商品を出品している出品者向けの有料のコンサルティングサービスです。今回募集するプログラム オペレーションマネージャーは、有料サービスに加入した出品者がAmazonに出品する上の課題をスムーズに解決するとともに、出品者をコンサルティングするマーチャント・コンサルタント(MC)と密接に連携しながら、MCの業務効率改善サポ―ト、出品者に対しての付加価値考案と実施に向けたプロセス策定、定期的なレビューの実施のためKPI測定と改善への提案、プログラム全体のたゆみない改善を通じて、Amazon.JP上での、出品者の満足度の最大化と、売上の最大化を目指します。

  主なKPIとして、出品者の満足度向上、マーチャントコンサルタントの効率と満足度の向上、コンサルティングサービス全体の売り上げ向上などがあげられます。

  Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS)

  Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon’s Selling Partners? The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) program which seeks to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction and enable global solutions through direct cooperation with the US, EU, and China Teams.

  AMPS is seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Operation manager to develop and help growing our Paid Services business. The candidate is responsible for developing overall growth strategy of the program of Issue Resolution to support both Selling Partners to grow their business and also improve Merchant Consultant efficiency by clearly defining processes and building mechanisms. You will be expected to develop improvement plan to achieve overall business result based on analysis the gap between now and future. Given the early stage of the MPS program you will also be responsible for developing processes, tools and content for this service. You will be a key part of developing our portfolio of Paid Services solutions alongside cross functional teams and colleagues in the US, EU, and China.

  The ideal candidate will be comfortable influencing senior external stakeholders, strong analytical skills, a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.

  Core Responsibilities:

  · Build the mechanism to track MC time-management to increase Seller-facing time by structuring MC input, define value/added, non-value type, and plan for enhancements (existing scope)

  · Drive key initiatives for improving MC productivity through the partnership with RBS to define the scope for offshoring, and build the operational process

  · Build the enhanced process to enable recommend the prioritized service offering per Seller (e.g. deals, selection, other services), and track the Seller-level business performance, so that MC team can achieve Seller-level goals on growth and lever adoption.

  · Define and build key input to be tracked (Seller performances, MC productivity, SPS performance to build correlation to our output goal of satisfaction).

  · Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of our service offerings for Selling Partners. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity for project.

  Basic Qualifications

  職務経験:営業Operationあるいにはマーケティングの職務経験6年以上

  実行・行動力:目標達成への強いコミットメントをもち、全社的な視点で状況を的確に判断し、優先順位を明確にしながら機動的に行動できる。

  企画・立案力:常に改善と創造の意識を持ち、効率と高質を目指した企画・立案ができる。また、現状に満足せず、他社などのベストプラクティスをもとに、新たな観点での戦略構築に関わる企画・立案ができる。

  問題解決力:市場領域動向・売上動向を素早く的確にとらえ、社内外の関係者・関連部署と協働し、リスクをとった複雑な問題解決にあたることができる。

  英語:ビジネス上級レベル、日本語:ビジネスレベル

  BA/BS degree or equivalent experience including 7+ years of sales or sales ops in e-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software

  Strong analytical skills

  Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.

  Demonstrated success in building the mechanism for sales process.

  A passion for developing an engaging customer user experience with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements

  Superior communication and presentation skills.

  Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

  Business English skills within speaking, writing and reading (Need to attend the meeting held, lead discussions, and write documents in English)

  Business Level Japanese

  6+ years of experience working in product management

  Experience working on broad, complex problem areas, proven ability to be able operate at both the strategic level and in the details

  Demonstrated expertise in problem solving using data across cross-functional teams

  Strong track record of delivering products and ensuring customer success

  Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources in order to drive conclusions and recommendations

  Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including the ability to communicate across business areas

  Business level English language skills (both verbal and written) required

  Preferred Qualifications
