Description

　　As part of the world’s largest online store, Amazon’s Operations Risk and Compliance (ORC) organization supports Amazon’s core businesses by ensuring that all products sold are safe and compliant and that our workplaces are safe and secure.

　　We are looking for a Program Manager to join our cross-functional PMO team. As a Program Manager on the team, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional projects in close collaboration with both internal and business stakeholders.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Coordinate across multiple compliance programs and partner with stakeholder teams, including Tech

　　Establish and contribute to governance forums to drive achievement of compliance goals

　　Make recommendations to senior management with regards to efficiencies and compliance risk-mitigation areas

　　Program manage specific assigned compliance programs

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Demonstrated ability to effectively manage large-scale programs

　　Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading change through data-driven solutions

　　Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and discretion through ambiguous phases of projects

　　Ability to influence stakeholders’ decisions and drive results in cross-functional projects, including tech

　　Excellent writing and communication skills

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience in managing compliance or regulatory projects

　　Project or program management certifications
