The Product Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of public facing digital products from inception to launch, help drive the roadmap of various Digital Operations products, and assist with the vision and strategic direction. The role requires a range of skills from market and customer research, designing the product architecture, UI development, UX development, to supply chain planning.

Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Act as the program manager for Combined Connect strategy initiatives, overseeing both business and technology workstreams.
Lead the establishment of program governance structures and manage the execution of related workstreams.
Manage critical business activities and technology implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Drive efforts to consolidate project plans, align stakeholders, and improve governance, project delivery, and user acceptance testing coordination.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and execute change management plans for business and technology enhancements.
Establish infrastructure and procedures for developing and maintaining documentation, such as process maps and business requirements.
Coordinate the launch of new features and rollouts across distribution channels, including marketing materials, training, and standard operating procedures.
Strategic Planning:
Partner with executive leaders to define strategies, design target operating models, build business cases, develop roadmaps, and manage the execution of initiatives.
Refine business goals and objectives, create future state business architectures, and design business solutions spanning people, process, and technology.
Execute all aspects of assessments, from designing frameworks and leading business discovery to building high-quality executive-level content/presentations and aligning leaders.
Utilize hypothesis-based problem-solving and drive decisions using data-driven, fact-based analysis.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
7-10 years of experience leading strategy and business transformation within the Insurance industry.
3-5 years of management consulting and program management experience.
Knowledge of Insurance distribution management strategies (e.g., captive, independent broker).
Understanding of group vs. individual insurance and value chain (e.g., UW, new business, claims).
Experience leading efforts across the Insurance product development lifecycle.
Proven track record leading executives and influencing others towards a common goal or vision.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Highly organized, extremely goal-oriented mindset, logical, thorough, and detail-oriented.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Out-of-the-box thinker who can find alternative solutions.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
