About Program Manager, Amazon Fresh Grocery

  Description

  The Amazon Fresh Grocery team is looking for an ambitious Program Manager to lead compelling projects and programs that support our omni-channel retail grocery business. You will gather requirements, identify and influence stakeholders across the org, and work with teams across the organization to execute your plans. The ideal Program Manager will have a proven track record of complex project and program delivery, from design through implementation, measurement, and monitoring. This person will be able to deliver multiple, cross-functional, competing projects simultaneously, and in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and agility are encouraged. The ideal candidate can see around corners, is adept at eliminating complexity, has experience making the right tradeoffs, and has a bias for action in ensuring their programs are set up for success. High judgment, comfortability with the unknown and changing timelines, and the ability to influence, create or improve processes, and communicate concisely and effectively are essential to succeed in this role.

  Key job responsibilities

  -Create and deliver detailed plans to deliver on multiple business objectives

  -Navigate the complexity of multiple systems, tools, and processes.

  -Own analysis and reporting of their programs, and build new reporting if necessary

  -Document, influence, and align on strategies with leadership and cross-functional partners

  -Continuously improve processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiencies

  -Identify and advocate for improved customer experiences

  Basic Qualifications

  3+ years of program or project management experience

  3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  Preferred Qualifications

  3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
