　　Job Summary

　　To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Manager located in Aguascalientes Campus or Guadalajara, North Campus .

　　Reporting to the CEC Proposal Management Sr. Director, Program Manager role being responsible to supporting a Global Proposal Team in our Cloud, Enterprise, and Communications (CEC) business. In this role, you will be in-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused proposals for products and services to deliver value to the business and its customers. This role supports our Business Development efforts to grow the company.

　　 What a typical day looks like: Organize, plan, and lead Proposal Response activities, including setting up shared folders, activity trackers, recurring meetings, issuing meeting minutes, etc.Track and drive actions, owners, and deadlines for Proposal Responses.Manage Communication, Information Flow, and Access between Opportunity Owner, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other relevant stakeholders.Receive, review, organize, assemble, save, and distribute Proposal Response materials in dedicated cloud, platform, or repository.Manage cross-functional teams, processing SME inputs to develop coherent customer-facing deliverables.Develop compelling proposals in PowerPoint and Word for customer opportunities as part of the Proposal Management team.Lead Proactive, RFx and Transformational Proposal projects.Conduct detailed market research on customers, markets and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.Maintain and curate Proposal related materials in the Team's internal libraries.Polish, adjust, or adapt content to meet Proposal purposes.Conduct post-op continuous improvement reviews with Opportunity Owner and relevant stakeholders. The experience we're looking to add to our team: BA / BS or equivalent work experience.Fluent English.Previous experience in program or project management, operations, supply chain, or similar position.Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop relationships and work with employees at all levels including executive leadership across a wide variety of company functions.Demonstrates business acumen, understanding of the Flex business, particularly around CEC industries.Demonstrates proficiency in presentation skills, strong knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to leverage soft skills to bolster cooperation and compliance from teams.Knowledge and expertise in business development activities and market research.Understands the strategic impact of the function across sites.PMP, MBA, or similar certifications are also a plus.
