　　Job Summary

　　To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a CNC Mill Programmer/Machinist located in Buffalo Grove, IL.

　　Reporting to the Tooling Manager, the CNC Mill Programmer/Machinist is responsible for performing a variety of complex, specialized tasks related to the construction and repair of mold components.

　　 Shift: 0600a-0230p M-F

　　 What a typical day looks like: Program, Set up, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines. Inspect components visually for surface finish and also inspect dimensions. Performs machine set-ups, adjust speeds and feeds to machine parts to specifications set forth in blue prints, Check machined parts for conformance to prescribed tolerances The experience we're looking to add to our team: Ability to program, set up, adjust and efficiently operate machines to perform diverse and difficult operations Proven ability to analyze G code and make manual program edits as needed. Ability to set up cutting tools and prove out new programs. Ability to work with robotic equipment. Ability to use basic shop inspection methods to include sine plates, indicators and height gages. Close tolerance milling experience required. High speed hard milling and electrode manufacturing experience is required. CMM experience a plus. Powermill and Powershape software experience is a plus. Mold manufacturing experience is a plus. 5 years minimum experience necessary.
