　　Ambitions of Washington is seeking to fill a Program Manager position in our Moses Lake office. This is an advanced management position. The Program Manager is responsible for the implementation of instruction and support services in compliance with Washington State laws and regulations as well as compliance with Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and Ambitions of Washington policies and procedures. Primary duties include: coordinating and scheduling client services; staff training and scheduling; maintaining and updating client and employee records; and providing general management responsibilities. The Program Manager reports to the Program Supervisor.

　　Required Qualifications for the Program Manager position: Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 3 years demonstrated management experience in a Supported Living program. This position requires specific previous experience/requirements - please do not apply if you do not have the required qualifications for this position.

　　Other Employment Requirements: Possess a valid Washington state driver's license, a vehicle to use on a daily basis for work purposes (mileage reimbursement provided), proof of auto insurance, and ability to pass a criminal background check.

　　Current wage scale for position: Starting pay of $73,000 per year; up to $85,000 per year after 4 years of employment. This is a salary position.
