In the role of Magellan Technologies Engineering Intern, you will be fully integrated into day-to-day operations of a development / operations team focused in an area of technology that aligns with your knowledge, skills, interests, goals, and overall career objectives. You will be working projects or tasks with real business impact, learning how to leverage technologies to attain results, gain work experience, while interacting with multiple stakeholders. You will be exposed to multiple disciplines in information technology fields such as application / software development and support, data and analytics, IT Service Management, Infrastructure management, network administration and cybersecurity.

　　This is a paid hybrid remote Internship, allowing you to work remote 3-4 days per week and then onsite 1-2 days per week from the greater Dallas, TX area.

　　Education:

　　Enrolled student at an accredited university who has completed at least 30 semester credit hours.

　　Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

　　GPA of 2.7 or better

　　Requirements

　　Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office 365 (ex. Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

　　Python, Java, C#, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript / JSON

　　MS SQL or another relational database

　　Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and AWS

　　Familiarity with standards and codes.

　　Familiarity with networking and communication methods.

　　Working knowledge of computer systems.

　　Knowledge of client-server concepts and web services
