　　SUMMARY OF POSITION:

　　Under the direction of the Team Leader, the Patient Account Associate II is responsible for the posting of all payment receipts to patient accounts, performing payment research, adjustments, refunds, and administrative duties as assigned. Has the ability to organize and plan daily work independently with outcome-based criteria in mind.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle (CRCR) certification obtained within 1 year of date of hire.

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
