About Program Manager

  Job Description

  As a Market Forecast program manager, you will be responsible for: (but not limited to)

  Develop and manage Market forecast processes/plans and/or projects to build market forecasting capabilities.

  Anticipate the evolving solution needs of the organization and external business environments to derive support strategy and roadmap in a proactive and continuous manner by liaising among regional and headquarter stakeholders.

  Develop and execute project plan and activities to meet pre-set short and long-term project milestones throughout the entire project life cycle: explore, plan, development and deployment.

  Mitigate risks and recommend actions during the full course of project/program

  Provide overall communication on status, results and indicators to stakeholders

  Analyze and drive for continuous improvements to achieve operation excellence.

  Qualifications

  Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Fluent English and Mandarin

  Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint).

  10 year + proven record in supply chain management in semi-conductor, IT or related industry will be plus.

  Track record in producing market forecasts and deriving business results from the forecasting

  Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, proven track record of structuring and solving complex problems under cross function teams.

  Logical mindset with strong persuasion and influencing skills.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Familiarity with Intel's internal market forecasting processes and interaction between SMG and the Business Units a plusInside this Business Group

SMG works across business units to amplify the customer voice and deliver solutions that accelerate their business. We work across numerous industries, including retail, enterprise and government, cloud services and healthcare as examples. The operations team focuses on forecasting, driving alignment with factory production and delivering efficiency tools and our marketing capability drives demand and localized marketing in locations around the globe. Our sales force navigates a complex partner and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps, driving value for our customers, and collaborating to harness emerging technology trends to deliver comprehensive solutions.

  Working Model

  This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
