  Job Description

  The Integrated Device Manufacturing 2.0 (IDM 2.0) Intel Acceleration Office (IAO) is a new team responsible for creating the internal foundry model within Intel that will power the next phase of our IDM 2.0 strategy. Implementing an internal foundry model includes establishing our current Manufacturing Service plus Intel Foundry Services as its own operating segment and PNL within Intel through the transformation of our ERP.

  This position will report to Record-to-Report GPO (Global Process Owner) organization within the CAO (Corporate Accounting Office) and will play a vital role in the ERP transformation in the Finance domain to support the IAO strategy. You will be responsible for the successful transition of various applications into the transformed Finance systems landscape. Your analytical insights and attention to detail will contribute to the alignment of our systems and business processes with industry best practices. The work is accomplished by heavy partnership with business partners across Finance, Operations, and IT (Information Technology).

  Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  Supporting SAP S4/HANA technology and other solutions that transform Intel's Global Finance functions Designing, building, testing, and/or deploying system solutions and ensuring all to work together seamlessly Leading a team of subject matter experts and key users to build understanding of current and to-be processes Working closely with our integration partner and internal project teams to provide business requirements and define the future end-to-end processes and solutions Driving business process changes triggered by the project through change management and training activities Planning and executing a detailed cutover plan of all business activities required for a successful go-live

  The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits.

  Qualifications

  You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  Minimum qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 6+ years of relevant work experience. Advanced written and verbal English communication.Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

  Preferred qualifications:

  CPA Certification, prior supervisory, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) transformation experience.ERP commonly used in Finance and Accounting processes (e.g. SAP ECC or SAP S4/HANA). Understanding of finance business processes and willingness to map business requirements to standard SAP processes.Experience with S4 HANA architecture, tools, and integrations with other systems.

  Working Model

  This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
