Summary This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM ANALYST, Position Description Number T5115000 and is part of the NJ G4 SMM, National Guard. Responsibilities As a PROGRAM ANALYST, GS-0343-9, you will: Manage the evaluation program. Assist in the development of directives. Identify problems, reviews production standard. Conduct studies of work processes and procedures. Recommend internal reporting and status tracking procedures. Review reports and studies to ensure that user requirements are met. Analyze evaluation results on both a quantitative and qualitative basis. Evaluate the effectiveness of substantive unit programs and processes. Develop process, management, administrative, and technical evaluation plans.
