　　Summary

　　The production technician assembles and tests products and sub-assemblies per accepted safety, quality and productivity standards and protocols that he/she helps initiate and maintain along with the assistance of other production personnel. All of this is done to ultimately maximize our customer's satisfaction level.

　　Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssembles and tests electrical/electronic products and sub-assemblies per accepted safety, quality and productivity standards and protocols.Records and submits productivity and quality metrics to the Team leader or Production SupervisorMaintains his/her work area and tools in an orderly manner daily.Plays a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy.Observes all safety rules and provides suggestions to improve safety and wears proper PPE.Completes all essential duties as well as the applicable paperwork and computer entries on a timely basis.

　　QualificationsEducation: High School education or equivalent.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Basic understanding of circuit boards, schematic reading and electrical meter skills. Background working with AC/DC voltages.Other: Knowledge of MS Office and computer literate.
