　　The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Vehicle Operations facility in York is our final assembly plant. Employees at York also perform a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, polishing and painting and produce a wide range of current and replacement parts for all models. Join our team as a Production Technician 1.

　　TheProduction Technician 1 works in a variety of roles, such as material handling, assemblers, and equipment loading/unloading.Assembly -Assemble a vehicle in part of a zone or in a sub-assembly area. Assemble and pack vehicles in multiple stations within a work area or a sub assembly area.Paint -Operate automated paint systems, stripe robots, waterslide application, masking, and other related functions.Fabrication -Assist in the set-up of presses, lasers and other equipment. Operate multiple machines in a manufacturing center, cell, work cell(s), or flow line(s) using a variety of presses and lasers.Materials -Must have cross-functional knowledge of material flow techniques and be willing to perform in a team-oriented, customer-focused organization.Must be able to adapt to a variety of duties on a rotational basis in a quick changing, fast paced environment.Must be able to obtain PIV certification.

　　QualificationsMust have one year work experience or High School Diploma or GED.For Material Handler positions must have 2 years of relevant material handling experience.
