This role partners with stakeholders to identify and analyze businessneeds, conduct requirements gathering and define scope and objectives toachieve an end goal. The Analyst manages and performs work that focuseson configuring and maintaining systems and processes, generatingreports, and serving as a liaison to IT.

This position is based in Meridian Idaho, and has flexibility to workonsite and/or hybrid location (onsite and WFH).
Required Education, at Analyst level I, II and/or III: Bachelor\'sdegree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems orrelated field of study; or equivalent work experience (two years\'relevant work experience is equivalent to one year college). Relevantcertifications such as CCBA, CBAP, CSPO, or Workday Pro are helpful.
Required Experience: At Analyst I, no specific experience required,though strong preference for 1-2/+ years in systems analysis, businesssystems analysis, and/or relevant experience in IT, Accounting, Finance.At level II, 3/+ years required. At level III, 5/+ years required. Atany level, this relevant experience preferably includes:
SQL - Ability to read and writeRelational database query-based tools (e.g., SSIS)Dashboard design and development using TableauUnderstanding of the health insurance industryExperience working within Agile/Scrum methodologyGathering and/or development of business requirementsProcess modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., Gantt Charts,Flowcharts, and UML)Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (advanced formulas andmacros)Creative, analytical thinking and problem-solving with ability todeal with changing prioritiesYour day may look like:
Works closely with Finance business teams (e.g., Accounting, FP&A,Accounts Payable, Procurement, External Reporting, InternalReporting, as well as IT) and help in implementing system solutions(reports, processes, workflows, road maps, data connections, etc.)that address business needs.Designs new or updates current processes and systems by analyzingrequirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studiessystem capabilities, writing specifications, and implementsolutions.Assists with the execution of major system changes and participatesin all aspects of system testing. Coordinating and analyzing Workdaybi-annual release testing.Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizinginformation and trends. Builds Workday reports for department useand integrations. Access data warehouse to develop relevant reports.Builds Tableau dashboards.Manages incidents, tracking ticket status and ensures opencommunications regarding upcoming projects, resource requirements,and project participation. Provides technical support to systemusers.Strengthens controls by identifying challenges and/or writingimproved procedures.Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.Ensures compliance with and support of the audit of financialcontrols (MAR) and other compliance requirements.Success in this role looks like:
