YOUR ROLE

Review and adjust production schedules; ensure materials and work instructions are accurate.

Track and report daily production metrics, including OEE and Schedule Attainment.

Drive initiatives for cost reduction, quality improvement, and LEAN processes.

Oversee personnel actions: hiring, training, performance reviews, and coaching.

Lead special projects related to safety, cost efficiency, and employee development.

Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain production goals and improve performance metrics.

Provide shift coverage, including weekends, and rotate shifts as needed.

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree in Process Engineering or Chemistry preferred, or equivalent years of employment experience.

3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to multi-task, organize/prioritize and handle competing deadlines.

Prior experience with SAP preferred.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
