  Team (Project) Introduction9th Way Insignia will work with the Veterans Administration (VA) tosupport the governance pillar in creating, implementing, and providingsupport for the necessary requirements and outcomes of the Zero TrustAssessments (ZTA). 9th Way Insignia will provide iterative updates forpillar use cases while accounting for a risk based and dependency-basedpriority of capabilities.

  9th Way Insignia is looking for a Level 3, Senior Consultant, ProgramAnalyst to join this team.

  Professional Level Information:A Sr. Consultant completes tasks and projects of moderate scope andcomplexity. A Sr. Consultant exercises the best judgement and problem-solvingskills within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate actionto execute assignments. Sr. Consultant will also provide guidance and/orlead on tasks/projects.

  Functional Job (LCAT) Information:The successful candidate will work closely with multiple customer and teamstakeholders to develop and maintain schedules, coordinate, and documentmeetings, monitor and track project deliverables and support standard and adhoc reporting. This team works within a highly collaborative Agile-Scrum(SAFe), providing the opportunity for this role to work closely withother skilled cybersecurity engineers, policy and program analysts andtrainers. The selected candidate will ideally enjoy working with technical andbusiness stakeholders to understand and solve problems and enjoy learning andworking with emerging technologies.

  Responsibilities:Works closely with the Program Manager to develop and maintain the overallproject schedule and milestones.

  Supports sub teams by producing assignment schedules and supporting customerand team meetings, to include meeting scheduling and taking minutes.Monitors the project schedule and supports the tracking of contractdeliverables to ensure teams remain on scheduleSupports team members and the project manager by completing standard and adhoc reportsCollaborate with team members within a highly collaborative Agile-Scrum(SAFe)Track team compliance with contract training requirementsSupport the onboarding and orientation of new staff members to the projectteamGenerates briefing materials for standard and ad hoc briefings with team andcustomersDocument review and editingSupporting meetings with documenting meeting minutesTrack calendars for Senior Leadership

  Requirements:

  2 years of relevant experience supporting programs and teams by creating,applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or taskperformance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data. Musthave experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports. Must be able toprovide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative andgraphic forms.Bachelor's Degree in a Business discipline / 2 years of additionalrelevant experience may be substituted for education.Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.SMust be able to attain and maintain the required public trust (tier 4)clearance

  Preferred/Desired:

  Be able to work independently with general supervision.The ideal candidate will have 2 years of technical writing experience(preferred)

  Salary Range:The salary range for this position is: $60,069 - $80,000

Additional factors considered inextending an of er include (but are not limited to) responsibilities ofthe job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities,as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicablebargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
