Job Description: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performingin-process measurements of post cured materials and O-Rings, pressroomregistration checks, first heat checks, and quality verifications toensure adherence to customer specifications and audit of end productgoing to customer. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform O-Ringdimensional checks using automatic and manual measuring equipment.Perform acceptance testing as outlined in the standards. Find andinterpret specifications using the central computer system. Perform toolPMR evaluations. Certify daily first heat curing. Perform visualinspection of O-Ring to ensure acceptable product is being warehoused;and maintain related files. Approve and document approval in company?son-line quality system. Perform receiving inspection. Perform testing onsemi-finished compound materials. Perform other duties as required orrequested. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate degree or equivalent and1-year related experience in quality assurance; or equivalentcombination of education and experience. (Bachelor?s degree preferred)QUALIFICATIONS: Basic Math skills; familiar with gauges, measuringequipment and O-Ring OEM and OAM standards for physical properties andvisual acceptance. Working knowledge of SAP and Gainseeker, MS Word,Excel, Outlook and barcode scanning a plus. Must have annual eye exam.Shift: 2nd 2:00pm-10:00pm Pay: \$19.00+\$1.00 shift diff. = \$20.00/hr.
