　　Description

　　Aerotek is now hiring for a 2nd shift production supervisor in Westbrook ME. In this role you will directly supervise a team of 20 to ensure production goals and deadlines are met. This is a hands-on supervisor role, and at times you will need to step in to assist the team. You will partner with HR and other management on administrative duties including payroll, PTO requests, and safety documentation.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　-Previous Experience as a supervisor or leadership within manufacturing or distribution

　　-Ability to complete physical duties, and jump in to assist production staff to ensure deadlines are hit

　　-Comfortable with admin duties including hour tracking, PTO requests, safety, and collaboration with other departments

　　-Ability to work 2nd shift hours 130-10pm, and OT as needed
