　　Our location in Columbus OH, currently has an opportunity for a Production Planning Reporting Manager

　　The Production Planning Reporting Manager is responsible for

　　Leading the Planning Finance Reporting initiative

　　Developing and producing departmental reporting for outside customers

　　Process Efficiency and Improvement for report creation and maintenance

　　Training and Onboarding for Planning Team/New Hires

　　Maturity Assessment initiatives for Planning (Root Cause Analyses, Process Flows, etc.)

　　Ad-Hoc Reporting

　　SME/Consultant for Dept Reporting needs.

　　WHAT YOU’LL DO

　　Work directly with Finance Team (Finance Mgr & Director) on reporting of DOH, Long Term Planning, Excess & Obsolescence, Standard Revision Variance, Safety Stock, Average Inventory Targets for Abbott Nutrition Products Division and Abbott Nutrition International.

　　Managing and develop needed reporting from Planning department to outside customers.

　　Training and onboarding of Planning team

　　Accountable for efficiency improvement of reporting.

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE,

　　Required

　　Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field required.

　　Minimum 5 years’ experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Finance.

　　Strong Excel skills.

　　Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with senior management.

　　Preferred

　　Experience in PowerBI or the equivalent preferred

　　Process Improvement mindset.

　　Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

　　Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.

　　Ability to balance strategic and tactical thought and action.

　　Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
