　　Position Summary:

　　Central Carolina in Sanford, NC. is seeking a Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Med/Surg Unit.

　　The PRN CNA will:

　　Provide patient care to include but not limited to, assistance with activities of daily living, vital signs and Accu-checks while under the supervision and direction of the nurse.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalentGraduate of Nursing Assistant Program I_Required Certifications:_**

　　Certified Nursing Assistant IBLS is required within 30 days of hire._Essential Functions:_**

　　Monitor vital signs/blood sugars**Assists patients with activities of daily living; Document and report abnormal findings or changes in patient condition**Measure and document input/output and weights**Assist nurse as needed**Answer call lights**Assist with patient admission, transfer and discharge**Provide care appropriate to the condition/age of the patient**Distribute drinks and/or snacks* Maintain clean and neat patient room and work environment.*Adhere to CCH attendance policy**All other duties as assignedEEOC Statement:
