This is a temporary, full- time peak load position& we are looking to fill 15 job openings at 735 N Eleven Mile CornerRoad, Eloy, AZ 85131 with an anticipated start date of April 1, 2024 andending September 30, 2024. Work at production location that packagesswimming pool chemicals. Examine and inspect containers, materials, orproducts to ensure that product quality and packing specifications aremet. Record product, packaging, and order information on specified formsand records. Seal containers or materials, assemble, line, and padcartons, crates, and containers, obtain, move, and sort products,materials, containers, and orders, and mark and label containers,container tags, or products, using marking tools. Clean containers,materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and handtools. Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing themon moving equipment, such as conveyors, or in specified areas, such asloading docks. Place or pour products or materials into containers,using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts orchutes. Load materials and products into package processing equipmentand transport packages to vehicles. No degree. No experience required.On-the-job training will be provided to the worker.
Terms and Conditions of Employment: \$16.90 per hour, at least 40 hoursa week. Monday-Friday, various shifts scheduled from 7:00 AM to 1:30AMOvertime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is at \$25.35 perhour. Hasa,Inc. will use a single workweek as its standard for computingwages due. The worker will be paid at least every two weeks. Employerwill make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make anydeductions which are not required by law. Employer will provide to theworker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform the duties assigned. Employer guaranteesto offer work for a total number of hours equal to at leastthree-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the totalemployment period.
Transportation: For H-2B workers, Hasa, Inc. will provide or pay for theworkers cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from theplace of employment to the place from which the worker, disregardingintervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the workercompletes the certified period of employment or is dismissed fromemployment for any reason by the employer before the end of the periodconsistent with 655.20(j)(1)(ii). The amount of transportation paymentor reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonablecommon carrier for the distances involved. The amount for dailysubsistence will be at least \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximumof \$59.00 per day with receipts.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (excludingpassport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of theworker). The employer will provide to the worker, without charge ordeposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to performthe duties assigned.
