Plan strategically and think tactically as a partner with product and engineering to define the future of the team. Influence the shape of the product with research and data while executing design work using high-quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and interactive prototypes. Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally, while being able to precisely articulate design rationale. Inspire the entire team (including your cross-functional) partners by bringing new ideas to the table. Create a unified, end-to-end experience through close collaboration with team members from across the product design team. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Econ, Engineering, or related field. Two (2) years of experience in job offered or UX. Any amount of experience in the additional requirements will be acceptable unless specific amount is noted. Additional requirements: Prior academic background or work experience to include the following skills: 1) Experience with design craft; 2) Experience designing on multiple platforms such as iOS, Android, Mobile Web, and Desktop; 3) Experience with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; 4) Experience with interactive prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Framer, Principle, and Origami.
