Description:

　　1x OP4 Openings;

　　3rd Shift Openings

　　$21.50 - $25 / hour

　　3rd Shift (Starts Sunday night): 10:30pm - 6:30am

　　2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm

　　Monday - Friday (working 40 - 50 hours right now)

　　Job Titles / similar skills:

　　Extrusion or Blow Mold Technician

　　Knowledge around Fanuc Robots

　　Die Setting experience

　　Must Have:

　　Set up machine experience

　　Basic Math (including decimals)

　　Attention to detail

　　Learning how to operate their extrusion machine

　　New Thermal forming machine that will be their machine to learn the ins/outs for

　　Company Products:

　　-one huge 150 foot machine that produces dashboard mats in Jeep Grand Cherokee, sound barrier from engine to inside of vehicle.

　　-bringing in new product line for medical gowns in 2021

　　Safety and other duties:

　　• Must follow all plant conduct, work and safety rules and report all unsafe acts and conditions to Production Supervisor immediately

　　• Handle and store die safely and properly in the appropriate areas

　　• Write Safety Grams, Maintenance Work Orders and Requests for Engineering requests when necessary

　　• Perform necessary housekeeping in work area and maintain a clean, orderly, tidy and safe work environment at all times

　　• Help during company inventories when needed

　　• Must be willing and able to attend job related educational opportunities

　　PERIPHERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　• Attend all required meetings

　　• Report all unsafe acts and conditions

　　• Participate on assigned projects and/or improvement teams

　　• Perform all other duties as assigned and necessary
