Compensation: Starting wage \$18.50 per hour Sign-On Bonus:\$2000 to be paid at 3, 6, and 12 months of employment Additional Bonus:Immediately eligible to participate in an additional quarterly bonusprogram Hours: 9:00pm-7:00amCST with voluntary OT on Saturday CareerTraining & Development: Comprehensive safety training program (definedSOPs and work instructions) Career development/advancement Job Details:ESSENTIAL DUTIES Following all safety rules and rules as established inthe employee handbook Follow standard operating procedures Set up linefollowing established equipment settings Fills out maintenance workorders and assists Maintenance Technicians as needed Maintains qualityof the product on the production line by ensuring product standards arebeing followed Continually monitor product, to detect and resolve issuesutilizing WCM tools Tracks and/or fills out metrics required toaccurately close out production work orders Aids inminimizing/elimination of process wastes- Transportation, Inventory,Motion, Waiting (Product or Resources), Over-processing, Overproduction,and Defects using WCM tools Maintain good housekeeping as established byOperator Duty Sheets and identifies gaps and areas for improvementPerforms Autonomous Maintenance (CILT clean, lube, inspect, and tighten)on production equipment Maintain tools and equipment in good workingcondition Supports WCM expansion by participating and adhering torequirements as established by equipment/area sustainment boards MINIMUMKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED Minimum of High School Diploma or GEDPREFERRED OR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous work experience in LeanPrinciples or WCM (World Class Manufacturing) is a plus, but notrequired MINDSET Collaborative, interested in learning & growth.
