We are currently seeking a Marketing Intelligence Analyst in the Marketing Department, reporting to the Director of Business Development, Client Development and Campaigns.
The Marketing Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our understanding of customer journeys, thereby impacting new relationships, service needs, and augmenting cross-selling and acquisition. The role requires a deep commitment to understanding the legal market and services, data in marketing and sales, behavior and intent data analysis, programmatic execution, and reporting. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving innovation and problem-solving using data-driven approaches and engaging with various stakeholders to align business goals and decision-making.
The role is eligible to work a remote schedule but must be located in California or Texas.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
Business Impact & Strategic Insight:
Develop infrastructure for analyzing customer journeys to impact new relationships and service needs.
Identify growth areas in cross-selling and acquisition, ensuring profitable investments.
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and establish client relationships.
Understanding Data in Marketing & Sales:
Set objectives for account opening performance, optimizing marketing and sales strategies.
Build data analytics pipelines for informed decision-making in marketing and outreach.
Execute analytical projects with a structured, hypothesis-based approach for effective sales and marketing.
Customer Journey Analysis:
Segment prospects and customers to identify gaps in customer experience and cross-selling opportunities.
Develop systems for translating complex data into actionable insights.
Programmatic Execution & Reporting:
Provide business intelligence through dashboards and executive reports.
Employ an agile approach for rapid adaptation to changing requirements.
Craft tests, interpret results, and translate findings for program optimization.
Innovation & Problem Solving:
Address challenges using data-driven approaches and build new analytical capabilities.
Implement innovative solutions using modern technology platforms.
Leverage data assets to creatively solve key business questions.
Stakeholder Communication & Engagement:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for aligned decision-making.
Communicate complex information succinctly to all organization levels.
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
5+ years of data analytics in marketing or sales
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Data Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or Applied Mathematics
Have an understanding of law firms or professional service environments
Proficient in data analytics tools and methodologies
Experience with CRM, Experience Management, and Marketing Automation platforms
Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
Agile in adapting to changing business needs and requirements
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders
Experience in programmatic execution and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
