ANR Group Inc is accepting resumes for a Quality Engineer Located in Ogden, UT.
Initially anticipated to be a one-year assignment with the potential for extension. The hourly rate range for this position is $25-$55 per hour (plus full benefits) with overtime paid at time and ½ for hours worked over 40 in one week.

Performs overall engineering design and engineering tasks, within a discipline, having some degree of complexityParticipates in reviewing and checking designs, drawings, and data originated by other engineers or by suppliersReviews multi-discipline engineering deliverables to ensure cohesiveness, coordination, and qualityCoordinates quality reviews of deliverable packages prior to submission to the customerObtains inputs and technical information from senior engineers across multiple disciplines for use in completing tasksDevelops and maintains project engineering procedures to ensure alignment with GBU and corporate procedures, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standardsPerforms self-assessments of the engineering department on adherence to the procedures.Develops and presents training on procedures, miscellaneous policies, and instructions for engineering personnelIdentifies, prepares, and reports project engineering quality metrics and associated trendsPrepares and issues engineering quality reports Presents quality reports to Management and customer personnelParticipates in project quality surveillances and auditsCoordinates Closed-Loop Corrective Action (CLCA) program project initiatives with project engineering personnelAttends Condition Report Review Committee (CRRC) meetings as the engineering point of contactPromotes Condition Reporting and Lessons Learned programs, available in the DevonWay (or similar) applicationMonitors timely closure of engineering condition reports and associated actionsCommunicates quality issues to the engineering team in the form of positive feedback and lessons learnedCoordinates with engineering disciplines in planning and executing work as an integrated teamCoordinates with client representatives, as requiredLeads small engineering task group(s), as requiredAnalyze processes and identify areas which can be improvedMaintain configuration managementCommunicate changes to processes with the relevant engineersWork as a part of a team to develop/optimize processes and procedures to meet the needs of the customer and ensure good quality
