As a Production Welder you will play acrucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible foroperating Production Welding equipment to assembly and fabricate variousmetal components, ensuring the highest level of quality and precision inour products.
Responsibilities:
Perform work in a professional and safe manner, report unsafe workpractices.
Capable of learning and understanding layout, assembly, and weldingprocedures.
Complete and or understand reports including scrap, safety, quality,work orders, inventory, cycle counts, or other documents as presented bythe supervision team.
Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
May assemble parts by bolting.
Capable of constant bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting weight upto 50 pounds. Capable of recognizing team lifting opportunities.
Capable of learning techniques related to repairing products bydismantling, straightening, reshaping, cutting, and reassembling parts.
Ability to use or learn the proper use of fabrication equipment such asplasma cutter, cutting torch, and other welding fabrication.
Clean and quality check all welds, set-up/run structural welds, know howto run all welding equipment, ability to read drawings
Ability to learn or help facilitate the team in diagnosing,troubleshooting, and solving welding problems Within the scope of thejob requirements, will be required to adhere to the Companys QualityPrograms and procedures, Company policies and Safety and EnvironmentalRegulations.
May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D Equivalent
Preferred; Technical education courses, postsecondary institutions, suchas vocational and technical institutes, community colleges, privatewelding, soldering, and brazing schools and/or welding training throughthe U.S. Armed Forces
Must have strong understanding of how to interpret and use blueprints,welding specifications, and welding procedures
Must be able to use and read welding measuring devices including but notlimited to squares, levels, and tape measures.
Must be able to take and follow written and oral instructions.
Must be able to communicate both with supervision and other team membersas it relates to job function and current task.
Must be able to make repair welds using fabrication equipment includingbut not limited to cutting torches, hand grinders, surface grinders, andwheel grinders.
Must have basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying,and dividing for calculating material fabrication.
Must be capable of learning the proper use of fabrication supportequipment including turntables, cranes, hoist, lift tables, carts andflip tables.

Monday Friday
6:30am 3:30pm
Pay:
\$17.50 - \$22.00/ hour DOE
(Also depending on a weld test)
