　　Ready to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.

　　salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

　　education: No Degree Required

　　Responsibilities

　　Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of all plant workers to ensure optimum efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety.

　　Support plant leadership with recommendations for improving production methods, equipment, operating procedures, quality standards, production efficiencies, and safety/working conditions.

　　Ensure adequate maintenance of the installations in coordination with quality, engineering & administration

　　Analyzes and resolves work problems, and assists workers with any work related concerns.

　　Conducts walk through and inspection of plant operations

　　Manage daily production and schedule requirements for assigned department(s) and ensure a consistent flow of work through the department(s). Adjust available resources and respond to shortfalls or imbalances.

　　Completes daily paperwork including Log Sheets, Accident Reports. Status Report for Plant Manager, and Time and Production records

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time
