　　Responsibilities

　　Follow and support all Company safety, and GMP policies.

　　Maintain/improve productivity, cost/lb., scrap rates, yield, and equipment utilization, for extrusion, converting, and packing departments.

　　Ensure quality standards are maintained.

　　Ensure that all orders are properly scheduled and shipped on time.

　　Responsible for housekeeping and proper utilization of space in the plant and warehouse areas.

　　Ensure proper focus on resin utilization.

　　Provide recommendations and plans to best utilize equipment.

　　Ensure fair management of all employees and proper manning levels.

　　Work closely with maintenance to maximize MEEF and EFF.

　　Develop supervisors to accomplish company objectives.

　　Oversee continuous improvement projects.

　　Develop budgets

　　Promote the Gung Ho culture.

　　Support the ISO Quality Management System.

　　Qualifications

　　Extensive extrusion process experience

　　High School Diploma Planning and organizational skills

　　Good oral and written skills

　　Basic computer skills; e.g., Word, Excel & Power Point
