　　Job Description:

　　Train personnel in their respective duties and roles.

　　Relay company guidelines and policy as needed/ required.

　　Assign personnel/ resources as needed to complete daily shift tasks/ goals.

　　Work with QA to ensure product compliance and report any necessary discrepancies.

　　Complete daily report of end of shift documentation.

　　Help monitor all quality aspects of the production lines.

　　Work with supervisor and peers to maintain production operations.

　　Communicate to other shift supervisors any, and all, production related issues, successes, risks, attendance, and other production related practices.

　　Other assignment as assigned.

　　Important Details: The position is a full-time permanent role on Weekend Day shift at our Northlake, TX manufacturing facility (12-hour shift structure), which operates from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm Friday through Sunday (Pay for 40 hours).

　　About You:

　　2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing lead capacity required.

　　Knowledge of tools, machines, safety precautions in an industrial/ manufacturing setting.

　　Ability to use knowledge, creativity, and initiative in recommending or implementing improvements in efficiency or safety of the work area.

　　Critical thinking and ability to communicate effectively.
