Responsibilities:
Maintains and grows existing client relationships by learning and following admissions skillsResponds to all inquiries knowledgeably, with empathy within 24 hoursSchedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointmentsFollows up with prospective clients to maintain stage conversion rates and reschedule canceled appointmentsEnters data accurately into CRM and other platforms before end of work dayAdheres to all company policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedThe Skills and Expertise You Have:
Bachelor's degree in communications, sales, or a related field or 2 years of related experience in sales or marketing in lieu of a degree1+ years of sales and marketing experience/account managementExpert understanding of sales processes and customer relationsProven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goalsProficient in CRM and EMR softwareExceptional customer service skills, ability to connect with clientsAbility to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environmentAccurate and efficient electronic data entryMust be punctual and maintain excellent attendanceMultitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skillsThrives in a changing work environment including inside, outside, and loud noise levelPreferred Qualifications:
2+ years of CMS/Salesforce experienceSales experience in healthcare sales, mental health, or business developmentKnowledge of mental health services and the healthcare industryKnowledge of insurance coverage and benefits
