JOB REQUIREMENTS: Accountability: - Responsible for scraping precisionflat and angular surfaces to obtain flatness, bearing, relationshipswith other surfaces and required tolerances, using hand and powerscrapers. - Unit assembly including way systems and subassemblies torequired tolerances using hand and power tools. - Responsible forcleaning, prepping, and painting parts. Skills Required: Forkliftcertification Overhead crane certification Maintain administrativerecords. Familiar with electronic business systems (SAP, HK, etc.) BasicMicrosoft Word skills required. Microsoft Excel a plus. Work withEnglish and Metric measurements Operate gages such as OD & IDmicrometers, verniers, gage blocks, etc. Basic blueprint reading skills.Use micrometers, surface and feeler gages, surface -plates, straightedges and precision and electronic levels. Continual use of hand toolsfor various operations drill, tap, reem, file, chip, fit, straighten,etc. Operate small machines lathe, grinder, drill press, belt sander,etc. Experience in Bondo application Operate grinding and sandingequipment. Operate paint gun, use paint brush and rollers. Operate powertools on a continual basis for entire days at a time. Ability tointerpret supervisor\'s priorities to get jobs done on time and makerecommended changes to schedule if required.
