  Pay Rate:

  $20.00 HourlyChoose your Schedule:

  Tues - Fri - 2pm - 12:30am

  Tues - Fri - 8pm-6:30am

  Sat- Mon - 5am-5pm

  Sat-Mon - 5pm - 5am

  What’s a typical day as an Production Floor Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:

  • Providing administrative and clerical support to management, including personnel records management

  • Screening telephone calls and visitors, redirecting them to subordinate managers or other offices when necessary

  • Providing information to callers in a courteous and timely manner, demonstrating knowledge of manager's area of responsibility and company policies

  • Performing confidential administrative functions such as typing, proofing, and assembling reports or proposals for customers or outside agencies

  • Maintaining departmental records, preparing special and recurring reports, and scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Opening and reviewing all mail directed to management staff and composing responses to routine inquiries

  • Following up on assignments delegated to subordinate managers and maintaining the administrative filing system

  • Processing weekly payroll records and operating office equipment

  • Serving as the central communication point for associates and performing additional duties as assigned by management

  This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Have at least two years of related experience

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Are proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software

  • Have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and efficiently manage workload

  • Have the ability to learn new software systems and tasks quickly

  • Have the ability to compose routine letters and edit business correspondence and reports

  • Have thorough knowledge of manager's areas of responsibility and general knowledge of company policies and procedures

  • Have the ability to follow rules and work procedures

  • Have the ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions

  • Have the ability to read and concentrate via computer data entry typing and proofreading
