　　Job Responsibilities & Requirements

　　Monitor/Test/Inspect product for Quality

　　Monitor End-Tape

　　Maintain Production Records accurately & timely

　　Maintain proper housekeeping

　　Dump hoppers from the production area

　　Cross-Train on other jobs with the plant

　　Be committed to Good Attendance

　　Willing to perform all tasks in a safe manner

　　Perform LOTO as required per safety policies

　　Willing to wear required PPE

　　Must be able to lift up to 75lbs

　　Must be willing to work in a manufacturing environment – hot and cold temperatures, dusty environment

　　Rotating shifts – weekend and holiday work

　　Working around heavy and moving equipment

　　Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time

　　Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
