Production Operator

　　Position Description

　　Job Summary

　　We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill a union manufacturing production operator position. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating all production equipment in accordance with the specific process while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency goals are met.

　　Required Qualifications

　　• HS Diploma or Equivalent.• Previous experience working with industrial equipment.• Attention to detail, problem solving and working as a team.• This position requires flexibility to work 8 or 12-hour shift.• Candidates must have good communication skills exhibiting the ability to interactwith others, as well as basic computer skills.• Experience operating a forklift.• Consistent, proper use of personal protective equipment is required.• Must follow all safety policies and procedures.• Requires ability to lift/move up to 50-pounds, climb, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist,reach overhead and work in high temperatures.
