　　Position Description

　　Job Summary

　　The Sr Technical Services Specialist will support R&D, Analytical projects globally.

　　R&D Projects· Use analysis, testing and technical equipment to support global R&D projects· Effectively coordinate with cross functional peers on results· Support integration projects related to R&D

　　Data/Product Analysis· Use of Microscopy and other relevant technologies to support product analysis· Effective project, lab and equipment management· Training/Development R&D staff Develop and steward training materials for new staff· Consult with R&D, Analytical colleagues as needed· Complete project work with peers and individually· Coordinate resources, priorities based on evolving business needs·Provide best practices’ training to peers, colleagues

　　Building Materials orientated lab management, technical skills•Strong Building Materials, raw materials Analytical leadership• Market, industry understanding- specifications, regulations, governing bodies• Manage internal, external relationships with highest professional caliber

　　Required Qualifications

　　Relevant industry experience:•15+ years, Building Materials/Manufacturing

　　Required skills:•Microscopy•SEM, Rheological Studies, ACI testing methods•Cement/Concrete/Chemical experience

　　Additional Description

　　Bachelors + 15 relevant work experience required; post-grad to Phd preferred
