　　Job DescriptionPurpose

　　Coordinate with production planning with workshop and material management to support the manufacture schedule.

　　Nature and Scope

　　Production coordinator is expected to support the manufacture process, to release production order and material to workshop to support on schedule and workload status, work with workshop, production planning team, purchase, project engineer to make the manufacture process smoothly and on schedule.

　　This position requires the computer skill, SAP system knowledge and pressure vessel manufacture experience,

　　PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

　　1, Under lead of production controller, according to manufacture schedule and shop workload status release the drawing, check list and production order to workshop, meanwhile release the material pick list and identify suitable work center to warehouse to support the manufacture;

　　2, Subcontract the machine parts in manufacture and coordinate subcontractor with bending piping, cleaning parts to support the on schedule.

　　3, Develop the column and cold box, vessel manufacture schedules for firm bids timely to support to win the projects and develop the column, cold box, vessel manufacture schedule for manufacture, maintenance database system, tracing project schedule implement status and update timely;

　　4, Jigs management in manufacture to support production required;

　　5, Work with project engineer, workshop, warehouse, purchase to feedback material available information; to relevant departments or person;

　　6, Manage the surplus material in workshop;

　　Any other assigned work.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

　　Qualification

　　1, Education: Above college education background in mechanism, machine or engineering;

　　2, Computer skill: Skilled in Micro-office Software;

　　Work Experience

　　1, At least 5 years work experience in pressure vessel manufacture, familiar with GB and ASME code materials;

　　2, With SAP system experience or knowledge;

　　3, Good computer skill;

　　4, Good team work and communication skill

　　Preferred

　　1, Ability for using Micro-project software is preferred.
