　　Responsibilities:

　　As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

　　Assisting the Director of Life Enrichment in planning and implementing a variety of recreational programs and activities.

　　Engaging with residents on a one-on-one basis to provide companionship and support.

　　Setting up and organizing activity spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

　　Encouraging resident participation in activities and promoting a sense of community.

　　Documenting resident participation and feedback to aid in program improvement.

　　Collaborating with the activities team to brainstorm and implement new and exciting ideas.

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Previous experience in a similar role or a genuine interest in working with seniors.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

　　Creativity and enthusiasm for developing and leading engaging activities.

　　Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs and preferences of residents.
