Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will support all Network LAN/WAN/Security/VoIP by implementing needed data connectivity. The Network Engineer I will work with other Network Engineers and Network Systems Administrators and work daily tickets in support for all Choctaw Nation Government network devices. You will report to the Network Systems Manager.

　　Primary Tasks:

　　You will work network tickets under the overview of lead Network Engineers and follow directions. Provide 100% positive end-user support and feedback on tickets worked.

　　Work on problems of limited scope. Follow standard procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be obtained. Build stable working relationships internally.

　　Learn to use professional concepts. Apply company procedures to resolve routine issues.

　　Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

　　Requirements:

　　Associate degree or 2 years related experience.

　　No technical Certifications needed

　　You will report to the Network Operations Supervisor.
