Job Title: Production Controller 1

　　Schedule: Onsite, 2nd Shift

　　Pay Rate: $16.00 - $22.54 per hour

　　Job Overview:

　　PDS Tech Commercial, Inc., a leader in industrial and commercial manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Controller to join our dynamic team in Oxnard, California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient production schedules and ensuring the seamless flow of materials needed for manufacturing top-quality products.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Material Scheduling: Maintain schedules for material requirements and availability, ensuring timely support for the production of industrial and commercial products.

　　Record Keeping: Compile detailed records related to the quantity, cost, and types of materials received, shipped, in stock, in inventory, and in production.

　　Production Expedite: Proactively expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in line with production and shipping schedules.

　　Shortage Management: Identify potential and actual material shortages, initiating actions to address deficiencies.

　　Interdepartmental Coordination: Utilize knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to communicate potential issues and coordinate appropriate remedial actions.

　　Production Planning: Estimate and log production rates and time expenditures, and establish sequences and lead times for each operation to meet shipping dates.

　　Key Qualifications:

　　At least 1 year of experience in materials and production control.

　　High School diploma or equivalent.

　　Preferred: Experience in operating forklifts.

　　Ability to work weekends on a notice basis as required.
