Description:
This position is 100% on site in Arlington, VA. Daily responsibilities include managing a team of 6 technician, logging, tracking and resolving an average of 20 to 30 customer interactions per day. Specific responsibilities include acting as the customer advocate for problem resolution, demonstrating intermediate-advanced troubleshooting skills, handling, diagnosing, resolving end user issues in the environment, and providing assistance to other members of the team.
