　　We are looking for Field Administrators to support construction projects on the Military Base at NS Mayport, Florida. This position provides a wide variety of skilled administrative and compliance support to multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities involve exposure to sensitive information and require considerable use of diplomacy, excellent communication, customer service, discretion and judgment. This position processes certified payroll, processes base access requests, requisition of tier insurance, manages project vendors, onsite facility management, coordinates meetings; prepares agendas and meeting minutes, and maintains project document control.

　　Competitive Salary DOE $20-23PH, Comprehensive benefit plan, 401K, Vacation, Sick and Holiday Pay.

　　Two or more years in an administrative role.

　　Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.

　　Specific software literacy (Viewpoint) preferred.

　　Accounting or Certified payroll experience preferred.

　　Construction Industry experience desirable
