About HR Service Delivery Analyst

　　岗位内容：

　　基于HR相关流程，负责不同类型员工汇总/录入入离职，调转，考勤，绩效等薪资数据，为工资核算准备基础资料2.负责月度薪酬、季度/年度绩效奖金核算，跟进落实发放；

　　3.协助完善公司绩效考核制度、体系，梳理流程，并推动绩效体系落地和实施；

　　4.负责员工社保公积金系统的操作和计算；

　　5.负责与供应商的社保公积金以及商保的实操对接等；

　　6.每月负责所属地区的账单费用的核对以及请款等；

　　负责申报和计算员工个人所得税；

　　熟悉考勤流程，能对考勤数据进行操作管理；

　　作为流程专家提出流程改善建议，并于客户，自动化团队合作实施改善计划；

　　岗位要求：

　　1.2-5年+ Payroll端到端工作经验；

　　2.熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇等法律法规及政策；

　　3.抗压能力强，良好的Excel技能及薪酬系统操作经验

　　4.有HCM系统操作经验者优先
