  Job Description Summary

  As the Product Sales Specialist, Clinical Accessories, you will be responsible for winning the sales opportunities for Clinical Accessories products, including blood pressure cuffs, and selling the services. You will be calling on the customers for the standard sales practices and procedures. You will be subject to regular review of sales results and be responsible for medium-sized sales territories. The territory includes Northern California, Nevada, and Hawaii.

  Roles and Responsibilities

  within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects

  Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.

  In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

  A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

  Required Qualifications

  This role requires advanced experience in Healthcare industry sales and/or general commercial sales.

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of general sales experience.

  Travel up to 70% within territory. You will have a company car.

  For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $63,848.00-$95,772.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
