Description: The Mold tech will report to the Shift Supervisor anyspecial instructions to ensure the Molding Department and its productionis operating and being maintained to the highest quality standard. TheMolding Technician\'s main responsibility is to ensure the productionmachines and equipment are consistently running and have anuninterrupted flow of raw materials to produce finished goods. Inperforming these responsibilities, employees are to work safely,efficiently, and cooperatively in a manner that demonstrates team memberinvolvement. Work with the Shift Supervisor to operate, troubleshoot,document, and communicate any associated equipment that is notperforming within specifications. Schedule: Achieve work life balancewith this consistent 2-week schedule: 7am-7pm or 7pm - 7am, Paid 84hrsBi-Weekly (includes 14hrs of OT pay) Work Week 1 \' Monday, Thursday,Friday Work Week 2 \' Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday ShiftDifferential + \$2.50 hr SIGN-ON BONUS: \$2,000.00 Responsibilities: \'Start-up and troubleshooting of injection molding machines and auxiliaryequipment \' Maintain steady uninterrupted supply of colorant andmaterial to the machines. \' Maintain foil supply on hot stampingequipment. Qualifications: \' Must have good mechanical aptitude andknowledge of injection molding machinery and processes \' Previousmanufacturing experience; able and willing to multi-task while payingattention to detail; good communication skills. \' Be able to lift up to50 pounds, bend and reach to perform necessary job functions
