Work closely with thedevelopment team to ensure that product features are developed accordingto specifications and meet user needs. Communicate product roadmap,priorities, and status to stakeholders and executive management.Communicating the product vision and goals to the development teamEnsure product deliverables meet quality standards and are deliveredon-time. Develop and maintain strong relationships with productstakeholders and partners. Conduct market research and analysis toidentify opportunities for product improvement and growth. Makedecisions regarding product features, functionality, and userexperience. Participating in sprint planning, reviews, andretrospectives Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance,making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes. What you willneed: Experience: Ten years experience working in project managementand/or change management. Expertise with Microsoft Power Point as wellas the full Microsoft suite of products. Education: Bachelor\'s Degreeor experience acceptable in lieu of bachelor\'s degree.
