Description
We are in the search of a Conservatorship Administrative Assistant to be part of our client's team in their law office in the Arrowhead / Glendale office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the conservatorship department by managing client interactions and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the management of conservatorship cases, providing necessary support to case managers.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of client data.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, and email correspondence, providing high-quality customer service.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to carry out administrative tasks and manage client information.
• Maintain and update client records in the conservatorship system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
• Drive to and from courts as required, ensuring effective liaison between the legal department and courts.
• Conduct data entry tasks to ensure all client information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Learn quickly and adapt to the dynamic work environment of the legal industry.
Note: This role requires the candidate to have reliable transportation as you will be driving to and from the Courts (reimbursed by the firm).
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the legal industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with data entry and maintaining databases
• Excellent customer service skills and experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
• Proven ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Knowledge and experience in managing conservatorships
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
