Corporate Training SpecialistThe Corporate Training Specialist position will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining field training for all Duro-Last employees. This position will ensure that all policies, programs, and daily operations comply with all local, state, and federal laws as well as Duro-Last's core values and policies. This is a full-time, salaried based position with excellent benefits.Essential Job Functions:Develop, implement, and oversee training programs for the company, with an emphasis on safety programs.Implement and enforce the Safety, Health and Environmental Program.Development needs and create entirely new initiatives or reform and improve existing programs.Directly present training content or supervise trainers and other staff.Identify goals and desired outcomes, and establish assessment standards and benchmarks to evaluate the program's success.Manage the production of guides, videos, and other supporting content.Report on completion rates of training using a Learning Management System (LMS).Familiar with general industry and construction OSHA and ANSI standards.Assist with spill clean up and response.Job Requirements:Associates Degree or three years of previous experience.Be able to communicate effectively verbally and written.Must have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, and training background.Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing to meet the company's driving requirements.Must have or have the ability to obtain OSHA 10 & 30, HAZWOPER, Fall Prevention, Power Industrial Equipment, and Cardio Pulmonary Instructor Certification.Ability to travel for company business up to 30% of the year.Compensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive benefit program that includes:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePrescription drug programLife and AD&D insuranceShort- and long-term disability401(k) retirement plan with company contributionPaid vacation8 paid holidaysFlexible Spending AccountsHealth Savings AccountsTuition Reimbursement
