  Job Title -Product Owner IILocation: India

  The Product Owner works with and establishes solid relationships with their agile software development team, Internet Business Managers/Directors, Business Managers, and Mouser Executives. For all assigned projects and assignments, Product Owners will analyze stakeholder requirements, contribute to functional design, document user stories and technical requirements. Additionally, Product Owners are responsible for development team backlog management and maintaining clear, timely communications with all interested parties.

  ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  Collaborate with developers, product managers, project managers, quality assurance, business teams and technical support to provide a mix of business and technical direction on systems, design, development, testing and deployment.

  Learn stakeholder strategy, tactical approaches, priorities, requirements, and business process.

  Document business requirements and user stories, oversee and coordinate the development of technical specifications, and help enforce change control procedures.

  Must take initiative to spend time with all levels of users (formal meetings, informal meetings, observing work, etc.)

  May develop and maintain project schedules with appropriate input of project managers and scrum masters, including all necessary activities and dependencies.

  Establish open and timely communications with interested parties, stakeholders and teams.

  Develop and maintain all project documentation for all assigned projects.

  Must be seen as an advocate for the customers/users

  Represents the company and Internet Business in a professional manner

  Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external contacts.

  Team player/leader.

  Expected to utilize organizational skills to document, categorize, prioritize, provide easy access to information, ask questions, follow up, and maintain communications.

  Detailed and thorough in work habits with multi-tasking ability.

  SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  Expereince with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle and problem solving.

  Demonstrated ability to work on an agile software development team.

  Ability to produce documentation including mockups, flowcharts and other process diagrams.

  Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  Familiarity in working in and with cross-functional teams.

  Strong organizational skills.

  Strong ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style.

  Demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others.

  Ability to set and track goals.

  PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, Project, Outlook and other software.

  Able to use, read, analyze and interpret spreadsheets and printed reports.

  Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, organizational and teaching skills.

  Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.

  Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Including the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  Maintain and continuously build on an established strong Mouser and Ecommerce business acumen

  Demonstrated success in guiding an agile software development team

  Eliciting and documenting business needs, user requirements and/or user stories, and supporting artifacts

  Contribute to functional design of customer-facing solutions

  Proficiency in maintaining a well-groomed team backlog

  Requirements:

  Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or equivalent discipline

  Requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a software development business analyst, product owner, or equivalent position
